SocialDNA

Privacy Policy

Effective July 10, 2026 · Operated by Blue Homes East LLC / Hash Startups · Contact: fjm72@outlook.com

1. What SocialDNA is

SocialDNA is a private digital-life vault: it consolidates the account owner's own documents, messages, photos, projects and financial records in one place. It is operated as a single-tenant platform — the data it holds belongs to the platform owner and their business (Blue Homes East LLC).

2. Information we collect

Content the owner connects or uploads: emails, documents, photos, messages, contacts, calendar events, project records, contracts and signatures (with signer name, IP address, timestamp and consent for the audit trail), website form submissions (name, phone, email, message), and financial transactions.

3. Financial data and Plaid

Bank and credit-card transactions may be connected through Plaid Inc. We use read-only Plaid products (Transactions, Liabilities). We never see or store your bank username or password — authentication happens entirely within Plaid Link. Data retrieved from Plaid is used solely for bookkeeping, categorization and financial reporting, and is never sold or shared with third parties. Plaid's own practices are described in the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.

4. How we use information

To provide the vault's features: organizing records, generating estimates, contracts and invoices, electronic signatures with a verifiable audit trail, financial reports, and responding to inquiries submitted through our websites. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Cloud Storage) and MongoDB Atlas, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access requires authenticated sessions; administrative access is protected with multi-factor authentication. Access tokens for connected services are stored server-side only.

6. Retention and deletion

Financial records are retained for seven (7) years consistent with IRS bookkeeping requirements. When a financial institution is disconnected, its access token is revoked and deleted. Website form submissions are retained while relevant to the inquiry. To request deletion of your information (for example, data you submitted through a form), contact fjm72@outlook.com.

7. Consent

The application presents an explicit consent notice on first use. Signing a document electronically records your affirmative consent under the U.S. ESIGN Act and Virginia UETA. Connecting a bank account requires completing Plaid's consent flow.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly. Questions: fjm72@outlook.com — Frederico Medeiros, Owner.
