How it works

Arrive at the site
The phone records a point every five minutes. With the geofence rule on, the shift opens itself when the worker arrives and closes when they leave.

Hours come from clock-ins or from location points at the site, and the timecard says which. Labor cost is never guessed: without a pay rate it stays empty. Locked weeks never move; every change is audited.

Geofence as a rule
Per company, project or person: open the shift automatically when the phone dwells at the site, close it when they leave, or refuse manual clock-in outside the radius. Tracking can be switched off per person.
Payroll and labor cost
Weekly overtime by state rule (Virginia: 1.5× over 40 h). CSV for Gusto, QuickBooks Time and ADP. Hours land on the project, so labor cost by project is real.
Reports you can sign
Monthly operations report by company and a timesheet sign-off PDF per worker, with the alerts that were reviewed.
Pricing
Per active user, per month. An active user is someone with at least one timecard in the month — idle seats are free. No base fee, no minimum, annual prepay −20%. Free forever up to 3 users. Local prices in BRL, MXN, EUR and GBP follow the same policy.
